2. Products and Services

All products available on Fanmode.in are print-on-demand and made to order.
This means each item is produced only after an order is placed, helping us reduce waste and promote sustainable production.

We strive to display all product images, descriptions, and colors as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to different display settings or print processes.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify product prices or discontinue items without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed securely through our Shopify-powered online store.

  • We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.

  • Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.

Please ensure all shipping and contact details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

All orders are printed, packed, and shipped with care through our fulfillment partner Printrove.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Since each product is made to order, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.

We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The product received is not what you ordered.

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at pawshhstore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund (as applicable).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or buyer’s remorse, as each item is produced specifically for your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on Fanmode.in are the intellectual property of Fanmode.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fanmode will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
