CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At Fanmode, every item is made to order and printed especially for you.
Because of this, we can only accept returns or replacements in specific cases as outlined below.
2. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

Once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Returns & Replacements
We only accept return or replacement requests if:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return/replacement:

Email pawshhstore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

Your order number

Photos clearly showing the issue

A short description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Conditions for Return/Refund

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

Wrong size ordered by the customer

Change of mind or dislike of design

Delay caused by courier or external logistics

5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:

The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In case of partial refunds or replacements, only the affected item(s) will be refunded.
6. Shipping for Returns
If a return is approved, we’ll share the return shipping process.
Do not send any products back without contacting our support first.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
