1. Order Processing
At Fanmode, every product is made to order through our fulfillment partner Printrove.

Orders are processed and sent to production within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Since products are custom printed, production time usually takes 3–7 business days before dispatch.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details once payment is received, and a tracking link as soon as your package ships.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
We currently ship only within India.

Metro cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch

Other regions: 7–10 business days after dispatch

Remote / rural areas: up to 12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Partners
All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners through Printrove, including:

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link to monitor the delivery status.

Standard shipping is charged at checkout (if applicable) and displayed before payment.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly mentioned on our website.
5. Delays or Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to:

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please email us at pawshhstore@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate with our logistics partners.
